Parts sent at our cost
If a part is faulty, we send the replacement to you at our cost. No return freight for you to organise.

Not covered
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs and fading
- Cosmetic marks that don't affect performance
- Damage from accident, impact, storms or other acts of nature
- Misuse, abuse or hanging and swinging from the rim
- Improper installation, or a footing that doesn't follow our Australian engineered specifications
- Modifications or unauthorised repairs
- Labour, installation or removal costs
- Products that are lost or stolen

- You bought the product from Dominator Sports or an authorised dealer
- You're the original owner
- You can provide proof of purchase
- For in-ground products, the footing follows our Australian engineered specifications
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty is in addition to those rights, not instead of them. Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
How to make a claim
Gather your order number, product details and photos or video of the fault.
Submit the warranty request form, then email us your photos.
We assess the claim from Melbourne and come back to you, usually within 2 business days.
If approved, we send the replacement part or arrange the right resolution for you.
Please don't return a product to us without asking first. We can usually resolve a claim from photos, which saves everyone the freight.
