We offer free shipping within the Melbourne Metro area for orders over $1,500. This discount is automatically applied at checkout.

For orders under $1,500 within the Melbourne Metro area, a flat delivery fee of $100 will apply.

Orders delivered to Melbourne regional areas will incur a $180 shipping fee.

Melbourne Metro includes: Melton, Pakenham, Sunbury, Research/Hurstbridge, Werribee, and Mount Eliza.

Shipping Policy

This shipping Policy applies to the purchase of any Dominator Product
("Dominator") by the original purchaser ("you", "the customer") from Dominator Sports Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

General Shipping Conditions:

• Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched. If a change of address is requested during transit, additional charges may apply.
• All shipping timeframes provided are estimates only. While we strive to meet stated delivery times, we are not liable for any delays caused by freight companies, external factors, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Delivery appointments are arranged directly by the carrier. Deliveries are usually scheduled between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery may occasionally occur outside these times based on carrier operations.

Delivery Terms:

• All deliveries are made Curbside Only. This means delivery drivers will unload your product at the nearest accessible curb or driveway. Set up, assembly, or relocation of goods is not included.
• If your property is difficult to access (e.g., narrow roads, steep driveways), you may be required to collect your order from the nearest freight depot.
• A signature is required at the time of delivery. The goods will not be left unattended unless authority to leave has been pre-arranged in writing.

Inspecting Deliveries:

• Upon delivery, you must check and count all boxes against the consignment note.
• Inspect your goods immediately, especially any glass components (such as backboards), for damage before signing.
• Photograph any visible damage before accepting the delivery.
• If there is damage, you must note it clearly on the delivery receipt.
  This ensures the carrier is held responsible.
• If you sign the delivery docket without noting any damage, you waive the right to claim
  against the carrier for transit damage.
  Do not refuse delivery — accept
  it with damage noted and contact Dominator Sports Pty Ltd immediately.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

• If your shipment is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please notify us promptly.
• We will liaise with the carrier to investigate and resolve the situation under their policies.
• Dominator Sports Pty Ltd accepts no liability for delays but will assist in the recovery or reshipment of goods as appropriate.

Undeliverable Orders:

• If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, inability to access the delivery location, or failure to receive), the order may be subject to:
• A 15% restocking fee
• Deduction of any original shipping costs
